Are you confident? Do you want to build more confidence?
Today I share the simple 3-word answer to becoming more confident in any area of your life.
Notice that I did not say ‘easy’, I said ‘simple.’ And, there is a huge difference.
Do you want to build confidence with the ladies, at work, or with your appearance? If you do, watch this video and learn how any man can build more confidence by doing ONE THING over and over again.
Let me know what you think of the video and what one action you will be taking in your life to build confidence today!
Boom, I like that, Simple and not easy. nice video. the overlying theme was nice although vague “do hard stuff”. 10 days for a spartan race is not an easy task kudos to you.
AHHH talking to the beautiful woman for confidence. Same thing I preach
Glad you enjoyed the video Daniel! Doing difficult things makes everything else easier, right!?
I agree with you Ryan, I just wanted to mess with you a bit
I kind of have a stage fright. i usually speak very well in a small crowd but the crowd becomes large I totally lose my confidence. So, the first thing I wanna do right now is to make a video of myself speaking on any particular topic.
Thanks for the video. It was really good.
Glad that you enjoyed the video! I know that it can be hard to speak in public. Speaking in front of a camera or mirror is a great start. Then you can gradually work up to larger and larger audiences. Thank you for sharing!
Great video. I have been trying as of late to increase my ability to make small talk with strangers. I must confess the fear of rejection and embarrassment does hinder me more than I care it to.
I often find my best course of action is to not think about it, as in what I am going to say and how they might react. i just go with it, don’t think to hard on it, and have found this to work.
I travel for work, so flying, hotels, and new places as definitely given me the opportunity to talk to strangers. I just have to make sure to take the opportunity.
Please keep the posts coming.
Thanks for sharing Erik! I used to be a big-time introvert. Then I realized everyone else is just as nervous as I am to approach new people. They’re typically hoping others will start the conversation so I figured why not me…
