MICHAEL EASTER | Conquer Your Scarcity Brain

October 10, 2023 //  by Ryan Michler

So many of us, as men, are operating from a position of scarcity. We’ve wired our brains over decades to constantly crave newer, better, more. Ironically, “more” doesn’t always enhance and enrich our lives. In fact, there is plenty of evidence to suggest that the quest for better actually makes us less happy and less fulfilled.

My guest today is Michael Easter, author of The Comfort Crisis and his latest book, Scarcity Brain. Today, Michael and I cover why we constantly crave more, the dangers inherent in social media, parameters to consider when looking for abundance in our lives, how to strike the balance between contentment with ambition, and how to finally conquer our scarcity brains.

“In the past we didn’t have all these ways to quickly escape.” Tweet That— Michael Easter

That is why we created the Battle Ready Program – to help you achieve all that you set out to accomplish in the most efficient and effective way possible. When you sign up for the Battle Ready Program, you’re going to receive 17 emails over 30 days that will help you identify your goals, break them down into actionable daily steps, and maintain consistency towards your deepest dreams and ambitions.
