One of the greatest challenges we face as men is finding a like-minded band of brothers we can rely on when needed and we can serve as they need us. In the ease of modernity, we’ve been led to believe we can and have to go at life alone. That just isn’t the case.
My guest today is the President of F3 Nation, whom a lot of you are familiar with. His name is Frank Schwartz and he goes by the nickname, “Dark Helmet.” Today, Frank and I talk about the power of fitness, fellowship, and faith in a man’s life, overcoming the feeling of dissatisfaction, becoming a high-impact man, our desperation for love and recognition (yes, even in men), and the positive benefits of engaging in dangerous, dirty, and difficult pursuits.

My guest today is the President of F3 Nation, Frank “Dark Helmet” Schwartz. He started attending F3 events years ago and immediately become hooked. It’s now his passion to help expand the mission of F3 Nation across the planet.
Frank is also an extremely successful entrepreneur founding multiple media and communications organizations which served clients like Bank of America, Electrolux, Honeywell, and many others. And, in addition to that serves in leadership in his church and community. He’s an incredible representation of what this movement is all about and I’m proud to call him a friend.
