We all know that if we expect to achieve our goals, we’ll need some help along the way. Influence is the ability to enlist those around you to help make those goals a reality.
My guest today is Brad Harker, an author, professional speaker, and leadership coach. He’ll share with us the four attributes of influence and how we can improve our ability to influence other people in our lives.

Great advice and I love hearing entrepreneurs starting out at such a young age. Brad started his first company at age 15 and has been crushing it ever since then.
Brad mentions one of my favorite quote from Mark Twain quote,”The two most important days in your life are the day you are born and the day you find out why.” It is really about finding your way and living your life to the fullest.
Excellent podcast!
Joe, Thanks for your feedback. As every entrepreneur can attest, “crushing it” sometimes feels more like getting crushed. But like you said, finding your way is the only way we’ll discover what life has to offer.
Thanks Joe! I’m really glad that you enjoyed the podcast. Brad Harker was an amazing guest!
Anyone that loves Influence by Robert Cialdini is a winner and brad explains perfectly how understanding yourself and your why is the most important factor in an transaction. Awesome!
Thanks for sharing Kemi! I completely agree that understanding your “why” is such an important concept!
So true, this reminds me of my latest blog post, as I mentioned “the bigger your WHY, the deeper you will be able to dig, in order to overcome obstacles and beat all the odds to success”.
And these FOUR ATTRIBUTES OF INFLUENCE are very crucial to each of us (Purpose, Social Aptitude, Initiative, Persistence).
Thanks for sharing this RYAN! This is astounding!
Thanks for sharing Allon. I’ll have to check out your article!
I enjoyed your blog post Allon. Thanks for listening.
